Report content or appeal a decision
Report unauthorized use of a likeness, child-safety concerns or other content violations. Include a task ID or URL and a description. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material or intimate images.
We acknowledge content reports, complete an initial assessment and reply within 3 business days. We provide a decision within 7 business days, or a progress update and expected completion date if more investigation is needed. See the reporting policy for scope, timeframes and follow-up.
Access, correct or delete your data
Send your request from the email on your account where possible. Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction, deletion or account closure. We may verify your identity and respond within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details.
