Your use of the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Use only photos of yourself or other adults who have expressly permitted their images to be used for AI video generation. You must have the necessary rights to every upload. Do not upload or generate depictions of minors, or use the service to impersonate, harass, deceive or violate another person’s rights.

AI output

The service is presented as Seedance 2.0 Fast photo-to-video generation. Output is probabilistic: an exact face swap, choreography, sound or scene reproduction is not promised. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it.

Credits and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases, charged once when you confirm payment. There is no subscription, recurring billing cycle, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. A further charge occurs only if you choose to buy another pack.

The available credit packs are priced in US dollars (USD):

100 credits: $9.90 USD, paid once.

300 credits: $19.99 USD, paid once.

800 credits: $39.99 USD, paid once.

Every video is 15 seconds. 480p costs 50 credits and 720p costs 100 credits. These are the same packs offered on our Pricing page. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change credits already purchased.

Credits are digital, non-transferable account balances and do not expire. Checkout is provided by Waffo. Credits become available after payment is confirmed; returning to the site after checkout does not by itself confirm payment.

Generation credits are reserved when a task is created. If the provider confirms that a task failed, the same credits are returned automatically. See the Refund Policy for purchase refunds and support requests.

Storage and downloads

Reference uploads are retained for up to 24 hours. Completed videos are retained for up to 30 days and can be deleted from My videos. You should download any output you want to keep.

AI content and acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and use of the service. It prohibits pornography, graphic violence and gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive or non-consensual deepfake impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement.

Clearly disclose that your output is AI-generated when sharing it. Do not present a generated scene as authentic footage, evidence, an endorsement, or a statement or action actually made by another person. Do not bypass content restrictions or create new accounts to evade enforcement.

Term, suspension and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. For violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud, threats to user safety, or a legal requirement, we may issue a warning, remove or disable access to content, restrict generation and purchases, temporarily suspend access to those features, or permanently terminate access to them.

Serious child-safety violations, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation and repeated abuse may result in immediate restrictions without prior notice. Where lawful and appropriate, we explain the reason and how to appeal. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

Account restrictions do not automatically confiscate purchased credits. Unused balances and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. If we permanently discontinue your access for reasons unrelated to your breach, you may request a refund for unused paid credits. Confirmed generation failures continue to return the credits reserved for that task.

You may stop using the service or request account closure by emailing support. To appeal an enforcement decision, use the Account enforcement appeal link below and explain why you believe the decision is incorrect. We review relevant evidence and communicate the outcome. Privacy and applicable billing, dispute and legal-retention obligations continue after closure.
